Georgia Site Plans stands behind the drafting services agreed for your project. This page explains the correction and refund process described in our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. It does not create an unconditional refund promise.

1. Corrections within the agreed scope

If a city or county requests corrections related to drawings we prepared, send us the official correction notice and the delivered drawings. We review the comments against your order and project information and update eligible items within the original drafting scope.

Corrections relating to our drafting within the agreed scope are handled without an additional drafting fee. Project redesigns and expanded requirements may need a separate quote.

2. When a refund may be considered

Under our existing Refund Policy, a refund may be considered when an order is cancelled before drafting starts, essential property information is unavailable, a drafting error cannot reasonably be corrected, or we are unable to deliver the agreed service.

Each request is reviewed individually. The amount of work completed and the circumstances of the request affect the decision. See the full Refund Policy.

3. What is outside the correction promise

Additional structures, a new layout or other changes beyond the original scope.
Incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied for the project.
Permit decisions relating to zoning, restrictions, site conditions or requirements outside the purchased service.
Surveying, engineering or other services that were not included in the agreed scope.

4. Engineering review coordination

Licensed professionals make independent review, signature and sealing decisions. Refund requests involving engineering review are reviewed individually under our Refund Policy. Engineering review does not guarantee permit acceptance.

5. Request a correction or refund review

Email drafting@siteplanga.com with your name, order reference, property address and a description of the concern. Attach the delivered drawings and relevant permit comments, and tell us about any resubmittal deadline.

Our team reviews the request and may ask for further information. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible; bank or payment-provider processing times vary.

6. No guarantee of permit approval

Final approval belongs to the relevant permitting authority. This correction and refund process covers our agreed drafting services and does not guarantee a permit, a review timeline or a particular regulatory outcome.
