Georgia site plans & permit drawing support

Your project, clearly scoped

Start with your property and your building idea.

A residential permit package is not the same for every project. A small accessory improvement may need a clear site plan; an addition or living-space conversion may need architectural, structural or MEP sheets too. We confirm the requested deliverables against your project and jurisdiction before drafting.

Drawing deliverables

What's included in your drawing package?

Final deliverables are confirmed in your quote. Different cities, counties and permit scopes can require different sheets, calculations and professional involvement.

Existing and proposed buildings and improvements organized on a legible site plan.

Setbacks & key dimensions

Property-edge distances and project dimensions based on supplied or verified records.

Driveways & access

Site circulation and access details where required by the review authority.

Site context & notes

North arrow, labels and pertinent site information within the agreed drawing scope.

Coordinated permit sets

Architectural, structural and MEP documentation when project complexity calls for it.

Corrections support

Revisions or additional sheets when agreed after reviewer feedback.

Sealed drawings, engineering calculations, surveys, jurisdiction fees and third-party approvals are included only when expressly specified in the accepted project scope.

Drawing examples

Frequently asked questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about drawings, project requirements and permit reviews.

Ask us about your project
Do I need a survey or is a site plan enough?

They serve different purposes. A legal boundary survey may be needed where required by the city or county; a drafted site plan does not automatically replace a survey.

Can I request only a plot plan?

Yes. We can review the scope for a standalone plot or site plan rather than a complete building permit package.

Will a site plan guarantee a building permit?

No. Each reviewing authority determines its submittal requirements and whether it can approve the work.

Can I send an existing drawing or sketch?

Yes. Attach your existing documents using the enquiry form and describe what needs to change.
